Housekeeping and maintenance

Where a hotel runs a task system, Harlow files into it. Where it does not, Harlow is the task system.

With a task system

HotSOS
Harlow reads from HotSOS's interface and files tasks there, so a request spoken on the floor appears where the engineering team already looks.
Others
Ticketing and work-order tools reached through their screens or interfaces, confirmed per property.

Without one

Requests are routed by the hotel's own rules to a person, who works them in the app. Begin work, Mark complete, ask, hand on, decline. The Overview, the exports and the service targets work the same either way.

Routing rules

A rule says: this kind of request, for rooms starting with this prefix, goes to this person or department. The longest matching prefix wins, so "3" can cover floor three while "312" sends one room somewhere else. Rules live in Hotel settings under Who gets what.
