What Harlow is

Harlow is a wearable for hotel staff. One press on the lapel, one sentence, and the work behind it gets done in the systems the property already runs. These pages explain the four parts that make that happen and what each one asks of a hotel.

The four parts

PartWhat it isWhere it runs
The badgeA small engraved wearable. One press records, a second press sends. The microphone is off until pressed and never records guests ambiently. On the lapel; joins the staff Wi-Fi and talks to the phone over Bluetooth.
The appWhere each person sees their requests, approves what needs approving, and tracks their shift. Managers get the Overview, Rooms and the Floor view.Any phone or desk computer, in the browser. Nothing to install.
The cloudTurns what was said into a request, routes it to the right person or system, and keeps the record.Harlow's hosted environment. See the security pages for where and how.
The connectorThe piece that works inside the property management system on the hotel's behalf, from one dedicated workstation.A Windows machine the hotel provides, connecting outbound only.

What a hotel does not need to change

Nothing your staff rely on changes. Harlow works on top of the systems you already run, through the same screens your team uses today. There is no new PMS, no new ticketing tool and no inbound connection into your network.
